Shipping & Handling

Orders will ship from Sydney, Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. This excludes weekends, public holidays, or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (such as customs, weather, volume etc).  Once processed, your parcel will leave our warehouse via your chosen standard or express shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

Please note, during and after sale periods, orders may take an additional 3-7 business days to dispatch.

  • $10 standard for orders under $200
  • $12 express for orders under $200

    PLEASE NOTE:

      • We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. 
      • We do not assume liability for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these fees.
      • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • For security reasons, parcels will not be left unattended. If no one is available to accept the delivery, your package will be redirected to your local post office for collection. 
      • Any unclaimed international orders will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. 
      • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. 
      • If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us prior to placing your order at info@de-sur.com. We will do our best to accomodate your request, though we cannot guarantee fast-tracking due to high demand.
