Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Dé-sur complies with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring our products are free from faults and accurately match their online descriptions.

While we hope you adore your purchases, we understand preferences may change. All pieces are strictly non-refundable however you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order for a store credit or exchange, subject to availability. Please note that if exchanging for a lower-priced item, the item difference cannot be refunded. Kindly review our returns policy below for more details.

To initiate a return, please email info@de-sur.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and desired resolution (store credit/exchange). All items will undergo inspection and quality assurance at our head office, and acceptance for return is subject to dé-sur's discretion, based on the specified conditions. Once approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed. Should an item be deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, it will be returned to the customer. Dé-sur is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. Please note shipping fees are non refundable and returns are at the customer's expense.

 

To qualify for a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, and the items must be returned to us within 7 days of the return request. 
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, including box and pouch must be included
  • Complete sets must be returned; individual items from sets are not accepted.

 

We do not accept returns of:

  • Earrings (due to hygienic reasons)
  • Sale items (unless faulty), excluding welcome code discounts
  • Gift cards and vouchers

 

While each item undergoes thorough examination before shipment, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@de-sur.com with 2-3 clear images, your order number and a detailed description and we will be in touch with the next steps.
